This is the mechanism for the Waving Seaweed. Both devices would not fit on the same side of the panel, so I put one in front and the other behind. Please note the counterweight attached to the axle; the plexi seaweed was too heavy for the motor to spin without it.

This is the gadget for the Dancing Seahorses.
